How to prepare for Sharon's workshops?
I will take my first drill workshop plus a masterclass where you learn how to develop your own strenghtening and drill practice to meet your personal dance goals. So the emphasis will be more on drills than on choreography
Besides 'normal' (or should I say EXTRA :) yoga & dance drills, are there any specific drills I can focus on and that Sharon will definitely use in her class? The terms glutes and quads do ring a bell... (I also have the dvd, so if there is anything specific on there I can pay extra attention to)...
