How to prepare for Sharon's workshops?
I will take my first drill workshop plus a masterclass where you learn how to develop your own strenghtening and drill practice to meet your personal dance goals. So the emphasis will be more on drills than on choreography
Besides 'normal' (or should I say EXTRA :) yoga & dance drills, are there any specific drills I can focus on and that Sharon will definitely use in her class? The terms glutes and quads do ring a bell... (I also have the dvd, so if there is anything specific on there I can pay extra attention to)...

and then just be sure your brain is awake b/c she teaches lots of tricky stuff SUPER fast

Mon, March 24, 2008 - 11:56 PMI dont about the workshop I had but I never ever had Yoga before that and I made it! Plus, i had the impression that Sharon taught everything very slowly and explained everything so well! I mean, im terrible with remembering choreographies but I do remember the whole Darshan choreo untill this day! I didnt prepare at all and I made it through the wole 5 hours very well. Ok, i agree with the swetaing and i was abit tired but it was ok!

for technique and conditioning the suhaila salimpour fitness fusion series are great preparation material as well
eat, drink and sleep healthily in the weeks before if you can ;-)

We did so many of those at the workshop that my legs were shaking for a good half hour or more afterwards, just as a heads-up. Muahaha.
You'll have so much fun, though. Sharon is a fantastic teacher. -
