Things I'd like to see

I'd like to see a class action suit against James Sokolave by all the companies that have been put out of business by the constant advertising for this/that/other lawsuit.

I'd like to see Bill Gates work IT tech support for Windows Vista 64bir for 12 hours straight.

I'd like to see a restaurant called M2 (M squared) for Moderation Moderated - everything is made with real cream, real butter, full sugar, fully caffeinated, no preservatives, everything made to order - a 2+ hour dinner experience.

    oh, yes.
"I'd like to see Bill Gates work IT tech support for Windows Vista 64bir for 12 hours straight. " I'm very much in favor of this one.

" I really miss Europe. When we went out to eat at a restaurant, we dined. The table was ours for the evening. None of this try to get the customer out as fast as possible to increase turn over on the tables bit. And the food, ah the food ...

I applaud Slow Food International www.slowfood.com for their efforts - I wish there was more of a presence in this area. I personally love the smell of slow cooking food - that was perhaps the biggest draw to feast that Annora and I prepared for our Hromnice Day celebration of the Shire of Shattered Oak's 20'th anniversary - we cooked about half the 4+dessert course feast on site in slow cookers starting at 7 in the morning and let the smells fill the building. The compliments that we received on the feast were amazing. Venison roasted with whole cloves of garlic for 8 hours - it was so tender, moist and tasty that nobody believed it was venison. Soups allowed to simmer until they reach their fullest, richest flavors cannot be beat.

As far as Bill goes - I don't think he could do it - I had it two weeks before it was released (developer network/business partner) and i still ended up going back to XP pro within 3 weeks - it's faster and it works - (don't even get me started on the obfuscation of Office 2007) - 'nuff said.

There are other things I'd like to see as well - things like a government that actually works (apart from certain members who take their responsibilities seriously - they know who they are) - I'm not holding my breath on that though...

      Eoin
