Sping Rejuvenating Qi Gong is a way of life internal energy system.
Spring Rejuvenating Qi Gong is a system of movements designed
intentionally to help regulate the Zhang Fu organ system and to
replenish Kidney and Liver Qi. SRQ is to help the student turn back
the clock of premature aging and to promote physical and hormonal
power. The ancient ancestors used these techniques to help them live
long, whole and happy lives. You will find yourself experiencing
a high level of personal health transformation and healing with the
movements and meditation techniques.
The time for the class will be 9 am to 10 am and the cost is $50 and
$40 for those repeating the class. This is a class for men and women
