I have two apartment buildings I am cleaning up in the middle of downtown Reno (across the street from the Siena parking lot). Eventually I want to get solar energy, a green roof, murals painted, a coffee shop started, and a community garden in the courtyard, but the first step was to kick out all the meth heads which, after much effort, I did and now it's on to getting good (i.e. interesting/cool, etc, can pay rent, won't burn down my place making a meth lab, eclectic,etc) renters in there.

There are two buildings on the property (one from 1902 and the other from 1925) and have a lot of potential and I would love this to be a cornerstone on cleaning up this part of downtown and getting a scene started there. The rent is: studio $650 (utilities included) and one bedroom $750 so if you know of anyone who may be interested please pass this along.

On another note, I'm really looking forward to seeing many of you at the club for the Shiva Vista Project!
