Welcome to the Shrinking Violets. This is a trib for any one male or female wanting to shed pounds and feel good about it. I want to creat a community where we can ask questions share stories and share what we want to achive in the next year. Any weight is welcomed as long as the weight loss is healthy and done right. No crash diets here. We are here to support one another and to be the shoulders to cry on in times of sorrow and the cheering section for times of triumph. Mostly I want a community where we can all feel beautiful and become healthy together.
