No, no fun at all. You didn't miss anything ;-)

Actually, for me it was a blast to visit HOTD and other camps where South Bay Burners live. It's fantastic to bump into friends wherever I go, and I was with the Culture Labs this year so lots of folks passed by, too. It was a pretty mild year in terms of heat/cold/storms, and I never even had to bust out my playa coat ... but the art was whimsical (rocket blast-off, anyone?), dangerous (40-foot slide), and beautiful (too many to count).

HOTD was again the coolest place to hang out. I even got to do some moshing with D-Mo while a guest band was rockin out with Judas Priest and such. (can't remember any names - I was a bit drunk). But there was a big piece of the smile missing without you there Gomer. We missed you.
