these workshops are meant to help all participants learn more about developing their own bellydance practice/training sessions. learn more ways to discover what your body needs to perform our favorite bellydance moves (and some new ones) correctly for your own body - without injury.
each workshop in this series will be filled with new Focus and movement vocabularies to add to your own personal practice. we want to become healthier beings as we progress and evolve in our dance.

Wed, February 11, 2009 - 9:27 PM:( I am sick sick sick and so very disappointed i could cry. i'm not finished my antibiotics until Monday, and then it's back to the Dr. to see whether the infection has healed, or not, and if it means more antibiotics :( which are making me sick sick sick. AAARRRGGGHHH
hopefully you'll plan another one some time, perhaps your summer workshops, that I can make it to. i miss learning from you.. in a big way!!
