Looking for investors…
Here is the concept a counter cutler B&B , to server our tribe members.
There are areas were this concept would work very well , I am not talking about a commune or an artist colonial but moor to the liking of an Bed and Breakfast with a deferent feel more organic and green thin main stream. To open several in certain areas like Reno, Oregon, Taos, Santa Cruz and the Bay Area, with some of the profits going back in to the community supporting organic farmers.
I putting this out there to see if yall like the idea 1st , thin I’ll seek out properties in the above mentioned areas, if I get good feedback then well ……you may see AD’s here only for Organic B&B’s. So let me know what you think.
Or if you have good size house or a apartment building ,land and or a farm that you’re trying to sale and would take a limited interest in a B&B for a down payment.

Assuming this is a legitimate question my thoughts are:
Interesting concept.
I think there is a market for this type of lodging.
I don't see it as a large scale endevour though, more of a cottage mom and pop type of business model.
Maybe you could form an association of B & B's that agree to a common set of ideals and standards. -

This is not spam. If someone just joined on up with the purpose of asking for money - maybe then, but since this is someone in the community, I think that however successful this thread may be - it ain't spam. -
