Lissa suggested that we might be able to do breakfast for 500 this year. We have the mix and fixin's to do it. We also have enough grills and griddles to set up at least 10 cooking stations. Keeping the batter flowing through that many griddles will keep at least one and maybe two people busy full time. Altogether, I think we may have jobs for 20-25 people to pull this off, but I think we can do it. Keep an eye on the bulletin board at Customs for the where and when notice on our on-site planning meetings.
