So how is the planning for this going? It's a big budget deal for me to go, so I need to start working on it. If you want city suggestions, El Paso would nearly cut the driving in half for me. ;-)

Last year, the dining hall was maxed out for the Saturday night feature.
I would expect warm weather, but bring a something warm just in case.
Considering the humidity compared to Az, I would say tank tops rule.
Light jacket, and rain gear of some sort would be a good idea.
I also wished I had brought a note pad last year. If not for during the "playshops" then between them.
I was exposed to much (much, much, much, ad infinitum) more information than I could effectively absorb.
Also bring a doppelganger to attend the concurrent sessions you are interested in. -
