I don't know exactly how to spell that >_> My seneca teacher said that's what he calls smudging, since to "smudge" in NA culture is to war paint.

Anyways.

I went to meditate last night, and I journeyed to my prayer place to thank the spirits and everyone for all the wonderful things that have happened, when a shadow person showed up. It looked more or less human, was a pure smokey grey, and had no discernible features. It had a VERY frightening energy about it. I freaked out and ran, back to my body, and at this point I would have run into my boyfriend's room for safety if he were here, but he's home. I tried to go to Lower World to consult my guide but it was blocked by the same frightening energy, and I was afraid, and I kept losing focus. Eventually I fell asleep trying.

I talked to my roommate about it today and she said she's seen those shadow people since she was really young, like 3 or 4. She said they're usually indicative of bad powers around. When she left for school, I pegasewe'd the house, then put up sweetgrass braids on both doors, and went back into meditation. My guide helped me toughen up against bad energies while still allowing good energy in.

But I'm still freaked out. Any advice on what to do? Our house is haunted, and has been somewhat of a magnet for bad "shadow creatures" ever since we've moved in. We both do a lot of protection work but I haven't learned a lot of protective things yet.

Any help would be vastly appreciated.
