Hey Spinagogue Supporters,

We've had a wonderful response from people interested in our weekend
workshop intensive. Here are some more details:

Where: As always the event is held at Vulcan Lofts at 4401 San Leandro
st. Oakland,CA 94601

When: November 13th-15th. Friday night is a meet and greet with dinner
and a spin jam. Saturday starts with breakfast and stretching
followed by workshops from 11am - 7pm then dinner. Sunday we have
breakfast and stretching again and workshops from noon - 6pm.

How much: the full weekend (including food and housing if needed) is
$200, but we are having a special deal: the first 5 people to sign up
before 8pm on Oct. 11 get the full weekend for only $175. If you want
to sign up for individual classes they are $25 each.

Workshop Schedule: Each workshop slot has two choices: a staff
workshop and a poi workshop. The roman numerals next to the workshop
indicate the level of difficulty from I (beginner) to III (advanced)
followed by the name of the instructor(s).

11-12:30 Poi I – Krissy or Contact Staff I –Greg

1:30- 3:00 Poi I-II – Jordan or Double Staff II-III- Noel

3:30-5:00 Poi III- Greg or Contact Staff II- Jordan

5:30-7:00 Poi II- Noel or Staff I – Krissy

Sunday
12:00-1:30 Partner Poi I –Noel + Jordan or Double Staff I – Krissy

2:30-4:00 Poi Dance – Ian or Contact Staff III –Noel

4:30-6:00 Partner Poi II –Greg + Maragret or Staff Dance – Ian


How to sign up: Send an E-mail to Spinagogue@gmail.com with "November
Spinagogue" as the Subject. In the e-mail list the classes you want
to take at each slot, if you need housing, and food preferences
(vegetarian, vegan, etc) or allergies.
