"Milk and Honey" with Politti Ashcraft :: 12 noon-2 pm
Tribal Fusion meets the Far East with more Oooey Gooey combos and dramatic slow precision assembled into two mini-choreographies performed to "Ashes to Phoenix" from Balance by Solace. DVD of choreo with breakdown of movements will be available for $20. All levels welcome!

"The Fast and the Furious" with Rachel Lazarus Soto :: 2:30 pm-4:30 pm
Kick it up a knotch with Rachel as she takes you through a series of isolations and drills for speed that culminate in combos ready for tribal improv or your next choreography. All levels welcome!
