I thought I would share this affirmation/prayer/blessing/meditation in the spirit of empowering the momentum and flow of the beautiful loving energy we channeled at the Indigo Dojo on the 14th.

AFFIRMATION OF LOVE & LIGHT

I love and respect all parts and aspects of myself; body, mind and spirit. I unconditionally love and forgive myself, past present and future. I love and accept myself so easily through the power of forgiveness.

I let the light of wisdom and compassion shine into the very depths of my being, into every corner of my spirit. I let it transform every aspect of my personality, my mind, and my body into a force that heals, serves, and protects the very sanctity of my own life. I let this light be my guide, leading me forward into a future of peace and happiness. I let it fuel me as I walk the path of wisdom, compassion and spirit. I always go forward. No matter what happens to me, no matter what I think or do, I always go forward. I let this light fill me with such awesome energy, and I use it to fill each and every day with VALUE CREATING actions that serve my highest good. I know that when my highest good is activated, the highest good of everything and everyone around me is activated too!

As I continue to unconditionally accept myself, forgive myself, and love myself, loving kindness floods my spirit, healing, instructing, transforming all aspects of my being, past, present, and future. I am free now to forgive, accept and love others unconditionally, and I do so easily and naturally. All my actions, thoughts, and words are transformed by the light, MY LIGHT, into manifestations of loving kindness!
