I was talking with some friends the other day and this topic came up; Can we be spiritual and "Wild and Crazy!"...Deep and Contemplative, thoughful and caring, Cnat Mantras for the Awakening of all Sentient Beings, Say the "F" word. Do (with gusto!) the "F" activity!
Be vegetarain, be a meateater, work in an office, a healthfood store,wathch no televisoin, have a favorite T.V series, eat no sugar, have a daily "dose" of dark cjhocholate..Be Potical....and so and and so foth (and scooby-doby dooby!)

And I felt "Yes!!" We can Be"spiritual, and Live in the World and Be somewaht of a "badass", too!
