Sri Durga Devi is a personification of power and protection, as an aspect of Parvati/Kali, her brand of energy protects from external harm with the ferocity of a lioness guarding her cubs. Her feminine form took shape out of the most powerful fire ceremony ever seen in this universe. She was summoned into existence by the divine celestials of this solar system to be a source of power and protection as an aspect of the 'Great Feminine'.
The power of Shiva is in Her face, the power of Vishnu moves through Her arms, the power of Brahma surges at Her feet, and all other celestials are represented as the power of Her other parts. She is wonderous, beautiful and terrible to behold.
Sri Durga Devi is a triple embodiment of Saraswati, Lakshmi and Kali.
