Thanks Meggio for the inspirations! I got the Star Dome up at the Lightning in a Bottle festival, and connected water misters to it. I plan to have this up at Burning Man, as the centerpiece of Vesuvius, around 3:00 and Chance.

I found using threaded connectors to be easier to connect and disconnect than the tube connectors. However, they still break on occasion so bring extra males and female connectors! You glue the threaded connectors onto the end of the pvc pipe with pvc glue. I am using a parachute as a cover, actually two parachutes, as just one was too thin.
