Wow! I just made the model dome out of paper and sewing pins and I must say, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! My tent dissapeared at E11 and I spent burnningman in a borrowed tent! I think it would be WAY better to have my own dome for next year so I think I'm going to make one and making a model gives me a much better idea of how to go about it! Plus all the information Meggio has put on here for us! Thanks Meggio!!! Love ya!!!

    Hooray! That's great news Jazzy!
I'll be visiting SLC for one week starting this friday night. I'm not sure how early in the evening I can get there though. I might be too late for the "workshop". If you are ready to spend about $60 on star dome parts, I'd be happy to come with you to the hardware store and help you get all the stuff. You know my number. Oh yeah, and I'm going to be drawing up a great pattern for a cover for the 12 ft dome. Enlisted the help of a math wizz. :P
I'm looking forward to seeing you, luscious girlie!
    Loves,
    Meggio
