-One- sided Tucks
-Hip Drops
-Hip Rolls
*With these drills and movements we will incorporate the following embellishments, accents and staging:
Reverse Undul: walking and levels.
Omi's: walking, levels, wrist lift pivot turn
One Hip Fig 8's: Arabic footing
You need:
-a yoga mat
-water
-comfortable clothing: elastic banded pants or skirt that can be positioned low on the hips, tank top or dance top.
* since we will be doing spins, please bring socks or dance shoes if you have sensitive feet.
