Can you believe it? It's before 6am, and Steve23 is bouncing around the yoga studio, getting ready to teach his first class of 2007!

And, it's a regular gig! That's right. Steve23 will be teaching at Mission Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:15am. This will continue until further notice.

So... Come get your 23 fix, and get your yoga done at the same time. Trust me - class this early is the best! You're still asleep while you do your yoga, and you'll know that you've done more for yourself by 8am than most people will do in a week! And, of course, you feel like a million bucks all day long.
