  Since tribes cannot be deleted once they have been started, you can remove all of the pictures and threads, change the URL and the title to something else silly, and hand off the moderatorship to another member.
  
  My favorite thing to do with unwanted tribes that are dead is to turn them into something weird enough that it makes everyone jump ship.
