Busy but recovering. Even though I wasn't physically there, my sisters kind of just dropped all my stuff back at my office! Sorting, doing bookwork, etc. Hey Ve, you forgot to collect your 'vendor fee'.

Let's see… my appetite came back Wednesday last week. My muscles stopped freaking out around Friday. (Mostly the arm and shoulder muscles… my local instructors – and myself– have been letting me get away with droopy arms, I guess.) Heh… then I went running Saturday morning, in case my legs starting feeling less tight, you know.

Still talking about, reliving, and remembering the weekend as much as possible.
Met a hip-hop dancer over the weekend who said he's always looking for new moves. I told him to find Asharah and Frank on YouTube. :P
Still trying to find a good time or way to practice this stuff I learned before I forget it completely. Oh! but the workshops definitely opened new doors in some "old songs" that have been on my "as soon as I have the proper skill set" list. So that's awesome.
