Have you heard of the blind boy that uses sonar to see? He's pretty good, he makes clicks and can indentify the location of objects as small as a soda can on a table infront of him, in many cases identify the object. While that is not a six sense per say it is pretty incredible. I spent the evening walking around my neighborhood with my eyes closed and while I did bump into alot of things I did notice a kind of sense, a strong feeling of being near to something, when I opened my eyes I found that the sense was correct, but not percise or directional enough to avoid the object in most cases.
