&lt;br/&gt;Therefore, when people who are not in Stage 5 yet (Loc 500s – D.Hawkins), what can they do to successfully manifest their major super duper (not just for intending a convenient parking spot or someone to call you = so easy) desires?
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Well….. master a mumbo jumbo (or oh-wow jumbo) esoteric technique of course, hehehe
&lt;br/&gt;(People in Stage 5 can also use these too if they want to, since it is another internal process)
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;If there is one jumbo technique (based on Stage 5 and above theories and principles) that looks and sounds convincing (and works? – you decide for yourself), here it is:

&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;In this day and age, most educated people know that the brain works at different frequencies. It is common scientific and psychological knowledge which you probably have heard a little about.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;There are many frequencies at which the brain works. We can measure them using medical equipment, as they do in all good hospitals worldwide for the detection and treatment of certain dis-eases. However, the frequency range we are interested in here for manifestation is the theta range. Let us first briefly look at the various frequencies the brain works at, before we go deeper into theta.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The three most discussed brain wave frequency ranges, outside the normal frequency range most people have when they are awake and going about daily activity, are:
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;• Beta
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;• Alpha
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;• Theta
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Beta - The beta frequency range lies between 13 and 40 hertz. This state is characterized by wakefulness and is believed to be the frequency of cognition (recognizing your world).
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Alpha - The alpha frequency range lies between 7 and 12 hertz (cycles per second). It is just below the normal state of everyday waking that most people have. It is a lightly relaxed state that results in and is used for enhanced learning, positive thinking, ESP, day dreaming, intuition, inspiration, psychic ability and introspection. It has been proven to have a wide range of amazing effects such as right and left brain synchronization, alleviation of pain, the release of beneficial body chemicals, the improving of the immune system, elimination of anxiety, mental clarity and enhanced memory, vivid memory and imagination, higher intellect and more. This is commonly known as the state of mind awake, body asleep. It is also the same frequency as the Schumann Resonance, which is the resonant frequency of the earth's electromagnetic field.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Theta - This is the range we are interested in most for manifestation. This is where we touch the field of possibilities. To put it in another way, this is where creation starts, to be grounded and implemented by the beta, alpha and other frequencies. We have heard of the phrase “Be still and know God”. Well, this is what it means. Be still, move towards the infinite void within, and we will touch the source of all things. The theta frequency range lies between 4 and 7 hertz. This range is associated with very deep relaxation, heightened mental imagery and memory, free association, sharp but detached focus, heightened psychic abilities, feelings of unity with the universe, deep insights and inspiration, extended creativity, accelerated learning and retention, vast recall, and so on.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;It is a transcendental state - we transcend this existence at that stage. In our sleep, we reach it in our dreams. Next time we see someone sleeping and their eyes start to rapidly move while closed (as all people do when they dream), know they are in this state. At this state, the brain releases vast amounts of tension, uploads information of the day’s experiences to higher consciousness, and downloads new information and insights for the next day. That is why sleep is so important. It is like a mini-death where we go and meet our higher self. Theta has a tremendous array of benefits. For example, other than those we have mentioned already, hypnotherapists can easily remove a person’s old limiting beliefs and blocks and program new beneficial ones when a patient is in theta. Theta is the gateway to the higher self and the subconscious.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;We can enter theta in many ways, including hypnosis, sleep, drugs and hallucinogens, (some) meditation, sounds, chants, and so on (your choice and decision). In theta, we also are able to access psychic abilities such as astral travel (which is what we do anyway in our sleep), we are able to have a deep knowing and understanding of wisdom that can usually not be understand in our normal waking state (that is why dreams stop making ‘normal sense’ when we wake up), and we are able to access amazing self-healing power. In fact, the brain uses theta every night to restore its chemical balance - chemical imbalance in the brain is the primary cause of mental fatigue. Theta can fix such an imbalance within a matter of minutes (about 15 minutes), if only we could get there when you needed to!
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;    Warning… And if we are able to enter Theta and able to stay awake regularly, after awhile, we may access (if we choose to, using a specific technique) to other inner dimensions, death tubes, and see and meet those cool wonderful (and sometimes super scary) Trans-dimensional entities and stuffs, hehehe (you’ve been warned).
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;    People usually already fall asleep when they reach Theta State (unless they train to stay awake of course). However, also, when you can stay awake in Theta, and can keep your eyes open, you’ll definitely see auras sooner or later.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;    It seems that Transcendental Meditation (TM) is one of meditation methods to enter a Theta State (maybe, me no experience in TM). According to Chopra in book ‘Creating Affluence’, the benefits are similar as stated above. Meditation which does not enter to Theta State, is only entering Alpha State, and not very effective in transforming oneself. “It should come as no surprise that among the well-documented effects of meditation is the alteration of brain-wave patterns. Dozens of studies have shown an increase in alpha rhythms, which are correlated with a state of relaxed alertness. In addition, numerous studies have shown enhanced synchronization of alpha rhythms among four regions of the brainÑright, left, front, and back. This may be an indication of increased coherence of brain-wave activity” (healthy.net), refer to Alchemy thread page 1 for the ‘gone flat’ side effects, which is necessarily in the beginning.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;    As Chopra said in Stage 3 (How to Know God) “The dominance of alphawave rhythms signals a state of rest that is aware at the same time. The brain is not going to sleep, but it is not thinking, either. Instead there is a new kind of alertness, one that needs no thoughts to fill up the silence. Corresponding changes occur in the body at the same time, as blood pressure and heart rate decrease, accompanied by lessened oxygen consumption.” However, “TM is presented as a method that involves neither concentration nor contemplation. That is, unlike some meditative practices, you do not attempt one-pointed focus on an idea or a visual image nor do you pursue trains of thought, however interesting, worthwhile, or inspired they may seem.” (healthy.net)

&lt;br/&gt;    "I feel that all forms of traditional meditation which are time-tested are worthwhile. My experience is with TM, therefore I am best qualified to speak about TM . . . My experience is that it is effortless, easy, spontaneous. It allows the mind to simply transcend to its source. This does not mean I think Zen is not a good form of meditation, or that Vipassana is not. They are all authentic forms of meditation. That is why they have survived over thousands of years." – Chopra (healthy.net)

&lt;br/&gt;    On this mind-body point, Steve Fahrion (1995), quoting Henry (1992), stated, "Activities that are usually unconscious in the early stages of life must be allowed to arise in the form of symbols (in other words, hypnogogic imagery) that have both emotional and informational value that themselves serve to integrate the activities of the limbic system and the neocortex." Perhaps this is the condition produced when one enters the "theta state" and is held there by the feedback loop. In this state one experiences awareness without active thought (process without content), a sort of void in which unconscious material is accessible apart from the surveillance of the waking ego and in which only "potential" exists. As the void is extended in this state (as with Dr. Deepak Chopra's "silent space between the thoughts"), elements of the "hidden blueprint of intelligence" (Chopra, 1989) may be unmasked and altered by the patient's current intent, earlier made real to him or her through active visualization.” http://www.enhancementinstitute.com/pages/neuropublishedII.htm

&lt;br/&gt;    Some proper “Meditation will take you to what I call the "Fourth State." The Fourth State is elevated above the other three common states of mind: the wake state, the sleep state and the dream state. The Fourth State is the transcendent or bliss healing state. It creates the sacred space in which all healing and anti-aging physiological effects occur. Moreover, recent research has shown that with time and patience you will tap into a part of yourself known as the spirit. When you forge this alliance of body, mind and spirit, wonderful things begin to happen. You are healthier, happier and more whole as a human being. &lt;br/&gt;Delta - The delta frequency range lies between 0 and 4 hertz. This is the state we reach in deep sleep. It is of tremendous importance. It is responsible for recharging our whole system and for getting us to reconnect with our source for a variety of life-based reasons. This is where our higher self really works with us every night. An hour of deep sleep feels more rejuvenating than a few hours of normal sleep. However, we will not be consciously using this level for desire manifestation, so we will leave it at that.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;    S.Wilde - It is also the body transference dimension; basically, if a person can stay awake at Delta, he/she is able to transfer their body over a great distance just using their thought in just a few seconds. It is like a self transportation system. “Higher Self, beam me up to Bermuda Island, next to Infinity pool’s changing room”. It is VERY HARD to do though, but it is possible. Wilde said in this time, only maybe 4 or so people who are able to do that… one of them is one of his old teacher.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Please note that we do not have to be asleep to experience delta, theta and alpha states. We naturally do so when we sleep, but we do not have to be asleep to do so. We can enter this state in a more conscious state using various means.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Brain wave technologies are used in a wide range of applications today, from medical therapy to sports training, hypnosis, memory work, stress management, investigative work, and much more. Now let us see how we can use the theta state to manifest your desires.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;First of all, know that we always go in and out of all these states naturally when we are resting or going to bed, or even in deep sleep. But we do not do so consciously so we are then unable to hold a deliberate intent on what benefits we wish to extract from each state. The benefits do come, but they are not specific as we would consciously wish them to be. They are more subconsciously driven, which is still all right. But we now are going to be more deliberate.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;There are various ways if moving into each frequency band. We can use certain sounds to do so, or a hypnotist to take you there, for example. We will now look at one way of going into theta on your own, without the need for any extra equipment of persons.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Why theta? Because theta puts you in direct touch with the Source of All Creation. There are no interferences and blockages at this level. (/me jump up and down). The conscious mind does not argue and interfere. You put your thought straight and direct into the source of creation and the manifestation is that much more multiplied.

&lt;br/&gt;    “Here's another exciting characteristic of the theta state: Dr. Thomas Budzynski, a noted researcher in this field, has said that critical and often self-sabotaging filters of the left brain are by-passed in a theta state, and that in terms of making positive changes in beliefs or habit patterns, "a lot of work gets done very quickly." – centerpointe.com

&lt;br/&gt;    = in other word, slip into Theta state

&lt;br/&gt;    S,Wilde: “.. if one can enter theta, one’s thoughts becomes more resonances and more powerful. The regular Beta waking thoughtform are like a daydreams... If you can go into theta, and if you can hold a steady thoughtform and a steady feeling, if you can see some aspects of your life transforming itself, and able walk through the situations, know it being granted, know it to be real, that power resonates through out your energy, and becomes part of your aura, part of your being, as if every molecules takes an holographic image of what you create down there at lower level of mind… you can create and materialize things faster…. I think the level of a person has reach, can be judged by the time it takes for them to create a thoughtform and for them to see it materialize in their life… And you will be amazed those things materialize in your life.”

&lt;br/&gt;    How do you know we are in theta? Our inner vision in black and white, with blueish gray steel shades, not in full colors

&lt;br/&gt;    Note: people in stage 5 and above, has already clear up most of the psychological and beliefs inner blockages, and their brain wave generates the right amount of ‘theta brain wave’ even when they are awake, that’s why their thoughtforms are more powerful, which is why they “don't have to master esoteric techniques - Chopra”. Also they are more connected to their Higher Self already – more becoming the observer; their heart full of gratitude all the time and their mind has few clutters and they are full of excess life force – cosmic energy, and so on.

&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	We are accustomed to perceiving the world as matter. As  Einstein pointed out, E=mc Squared.
&lt;br/&gt;We actually live in a universe of pure energy. Matter is only an illusion, one supported by the natural perspective of our bodies, and the socialization process we have all of us been subjected to.
&lt;br/&gt;	The cure for this lack of vision is to learn about the essential anatomy of our own energy bodies and to learn to perceive through our energetic senses. This is what energy education is all about. 
&lt;br/&gt;As we come to terms with the reality models of the energetic universe, we learn that it is possible to effect reality on a different level, from the energetic level, just as we already know how to effect reality from the physical level.  
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The Anatomy of consciousness; Chakras.
&lt;br/&gt;A Chakra is one of seven main energy centers in the Aural body. (or, one of thousands of lesser known smaller centers.) Most discussions begin at descriptions of various Chakras relative to each other. I won’t try to compete with those works because they do it better and because I haven’t the space, time, or inclination.  My favorite Chakra Book is “wheels of light.”. 
&lt;br/&gt;   	My  own experience of Chakras  is that they are holomorphic emitters, creating physical reality, and that they are each a field of consciousness. The whole Tao of consciousness thing, with the boundary quite specifically defined. The boundary between the extercosmos and the innercosmos is the Chakra.
&lt;br/&gt;	Consciousness creates space and time, which gives rise to energy, which in turn crystallizes into matter. A Chakra is the place where there is a gateway between consciousness and space/time.  As a holomorphic emitter, the Chakras project energy almost as per the model of the qabalah tree, if the Chakra is kether and the persons physical body is malkuth, with the D.N.A.  matrix being yesod.  The supernal triangle is consciousness, the sepheroth below are energy, and malkuth is matter. 
&lt;br/&gt;	As a holomorphic emitter that creates the holomorph of reality, specifically of the body and non-specifically and in tandem with other holomorphic emitters, all of physical reality, The thing to do is to learn to bring the activity of the emitter into direct concious perception, and then, slowly, into complete concious control. Thus, the body becomes the projection of the spirit/soul, rather than just the vehicle of it. In theory, mortality could be defeated in this way, as could all manner of disease, ailment, disfigurement, and so forth.
&lt;br/&gt;	I have even speculated that the whole idea of werewolves, skinwalkers, etcetera could be explained in this way, and practically no other. By learning to create reality spontaneously at the source, where energy is still just a pattern, one can even defeat the laws of conservation of matter and energy. 
&lt;br/&gt;	Our goal is simply to access the chakra as a holomorphic emitter in order to attain good health, stamina, strength, focus, and immunity from physical harm. Later, we may wish to learn to access the chakras to effect the nature of reality.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	A Chakra is a field of consciousness, a conduit and transformer for different kinds of consciousness. They are connected by conduits, chief amongst which are known as Shushumni, Ida, and pingala. These three conduits link the major seven Chakras. Shushumni through the middle, and Ida and pingala creating a helix pattern around. 
&lt;br/&gt;	Within each Chakra are the flowpaths of these conduits, as well as others. Sixth Chakra, for instance, has conduits for each of the five physical senses, one for elecromagnetic sense, (centered from the belly.) and one for a subtler energy field sense centered around the occipital sub chakra and the temples.. Thus, Sixth Chakra has three energetic flowpaths, and at least seven sensory flowpaths that I am aware of. The sensory flowpaths connect inside the chakra to what might be called “the watcher within” or a single unifying model of reality. This is the projected through the lens of perception, and then the lens of attention. The lens of perception is created by our reality models about what can be, and is modified by an important peice of apparatus, which we will discuss later, called the “assemblage point”.
&lt;br/&gt;	The lens of attention is created by what we are both consciously and unconsciously focusing our attention on. There is only a limited amount of attention in the psyche. (some people have more, some less, and it can be developed.) The normal conscious mind has about 1/100th the attention of the normal Subconscious mind. (Hey rocky, watch me pull a random statistic out of my hat. I don’t know, all I am saying is that the subconscious mind has a lot more attention than the conscious mind.) Yet still, between them both, they cannot hope to pay attention to all that the senses can perceive.
&lt;br/&gt;	Once the lens of attention is passed, the sensory information is projected into what might be called “the inner stage”. This is where the Conscious mind actually gets to get a hold of the data. 
&lt;br/&gt;The inner stage is also effected by the subconscious mind, which can project anything therer that it wishes to at any time. (but it is particularly empowered to do so during REM sleep and halucinations.)
&lt;br/&gt;	Next,  We move inward to first the conscious mind, then the unconscious mind, then the soul. Finally, we pass through the soul into the realm of the inner cosmos. Of course, the entire sequence is reflected in backwards (frontwards?) order. The soul is the middle point, and from there, the structure moves outward to both the innercosm and the extercosm. 
&lt;br/&gt;	It is possible to learn to switch places with the innercosmic mind, and have it out here while we spend time in there. This is called a “looking glass leap.”	
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	More or less, every Chakra is about like this on the inside.  Every Chakra is an access point between the worlds, with conduits flowing through it, various filters and levels of consciousness, and so on. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	Nadis And  Flowpaths 
&lt;br/&gt;I am not really an eastern medicine person, but I should mention this stuff so that this section is complete. Hopefully, as this evolves towards the second edition, I can get coauthors to write something up for me. 
&lt;br/&gt;	I experience the nadis and flowpaths and meridians as part of the energetic body. I do not have them memorized or named, and I haven’t studied those reality models enough to really relate that to you. What I can say is that there are thousands of paths of energy  in the energy body. They have been observed and categorized and named by various mystical traditions. Once you learn to perceive energy directly, you can perceive so much activity in the energy body that it really can be difficult to focus in on any one thing in particular.  I don’t personally feel that it is really neccassary for me to study those things, I have a natural and experiental understanding of them, and those who have studied have often commented to me that I do very well instinctually. What you choose to do is up to you of course. If you are into it, also don’t forget chinese five element theory.
&lt;br/&gt;	
&lt;br/&gt;		Aural Fields
&lt;br/&gt;	I personally have developed a reality model of the various levels of the human Aura. For healing purposes, it isn’t  really useful information, and so I understand how  that information didn’t make it into the very medicinal mysticisms that talk about chakras and flowpaths. Where an understanding is pragmatic is in interpersonal relationships. 
&lt;br/&gt;	There are several layers to the aura, moving outward from the body to hundreds or even thousands of  feet away. I have color coded this system, yet this is taking a visual reality model to a non visual reality. Color is a way of making easy associations, at the same time, different people associate different things with different colors. This is why I am very skeptical when people tell me my aura is one color or another, especially if they claim to be able to see it visually, which can happen, but only under phenomenological circumstances. Also, there is so much aural activity that labeling the whole as one color is to me ludicrous.
&lt;br/&gt;	We start at the outermost level, which I call Red. This is Predatory, survival consciousness. It takes stock of the creatures around it, and assesses threat and nutritional value. In cities, it keeps us conscious of people just as they first come around the corner.  The Red field is important to understand and learn to perceive. It can be used by you to keep you on your toes, to push people out of your space, and to help you see opportunities. You can observe it in others to see if they are open to being aproached by you, or are wary of you.
&lt;br/&gt;	People subliminally bounce off of each others Red fields all the time without ever realizing  it. It is fun to stand on a crowded street corner, or walk around in a mall, and watch people react to each other on this level.
&lt;br/&gt;	The next level in is what I call Orange, and it is about social apraisal.  “Is this person someone That I can feel comfortable holding space with?” This is activated at bus stops and so forth. It is the comfortable place that strangers hang out in together without talking or communicating. It is herd space, in that it is the loosest possible level of cohesion, yet, it does psychologically bind people together.
&lt;br/&gt;   	The next level is what I call Brown. It is about taste and preference, about what you really want to let into your world. It is the boundary of your sense of reality. Keeping people outside of this space means that one is not aligned idealogically or emotionally with someone else. Be it a business man and a punk rocker, or a pair of gang members from different but non rival gangs, brown space is a place they will bump into each other, and then, they will bounce back out.
&lt;br/&gt;	The Next level is the natural shielding from  energy, and the permeable membrane that defines the “egg” of the aural field. Up till now, we can consider these fields to be amorphous and fluid, going where ever the individual puts that kind of attention. Now we cross into the Aural levels that have a constant form, are architecturally solid. The name for it is “black.”   Black is a permeable membrane, usually about one or two feet away from the body, which encapsulates the physical body like an egg. An egg wich is dented on top and on the bottom, as universal force flows down and into the 7th chakra, and elemental force flows up and through root chakra.  
&lt;br/&gt;	Next we have blue space. This is conversational space, the comfortable place tow friends inhabit across a small table from each other, chatting to themselves. It is the space people walk in together, down the street. It is the space of communication and friendship. 
&lt;br/&gt;	Next we have Green space. Green space is close enough to be sensual or sexual, but not actually touching. This is the space people occupy together when hanging out while first falling in love, and the space that  men go to titty bars in order to have someone of the oposite gender enter. It is the space where those who do not have intention of being intimate with each other eventually become uneasy because it is “too close”. Or, “space invasive.”  
&lt;br/&gt;	Finally, just underneath the surface of the skin, we have yellow space, the Space of the lifeforce field. (In very young or very healthy people, it might be larger.)
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	The Conduits and the flowpaths usually come off as white in this model. Another aural Field, what I call purple space, should be mentioned. Emitting from the occipital chakras and the temple chakras, the purple field is even more elastic than anything else. It is sometimes completely dormant and inactive, and other times goes out beyond the red field. It is the subtle sensory organ of the Aural body.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	All of these Fields can be perceived, and once perceived, you can learn to intentionally manipulate your own fields. This can give you a decided advantage in counseling and crisis mangement situations. (As well as every other level of human interaction…Remember your Ethics.)
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;     	Aural space and personal boundaries;
&lt;br/&gt;There is something which happens in society which is that we create artificial social boundaries which have no basis in any reality other than creating a social norm. Thus, we can call the aural boundaries “natural” boundaries, and other boundaries “artificial.” 
&lt;br/&gt;	All of these boundaries must be respected but only the natural boundaries can be anticiapated outside of social context. 
&lt;br/&gt;	Artifiacial boundaries include but are not limited to incest taboo, age relevant sexuality, nudity taboo, public displays of affection\ sexuality, and so forth. They also include non violence taboo, and hierarchal order.
&lt;br/&gt;	All of these artificial boundaries have reasons, some of them clearly more valid than others. 
&lt;br/&gt;Non violence taboo is a neccassary part of being human. Nudity taboo is just plain silly, and hierarchal order injures the individual in favor of society.  Simply put, real ethics and real social functioning depend upon these boundaries on one level, but on another level, these boundaries inhibit the instinctual self and force us to repress our natural impulses. Thus, we end up with both Ego and Shadow, a scizophrenic form of consciousness. 
&lt;br/&gt;	In order to bring things back into normalacy, in order to function as a mage, we have to define the natural boundaries clearly, and learn to respect them without fail. In so doing, the artificial ones become mostly obsolete.  The reason why we have to do this is because the only way to do real magick is to have acess through the Tao into the innercosmic universe. It is only by changing ourselves within that we can effect change without. And the only way to get to the innercosm as our socialized consciousness currently exists is to enter into the realm of the shadow, and allow it to play as our inner child…. To give it the freedom and respect that it deserves as a part of ourselves, rather than diabolizing it. In this fashion, we tame the shadow, we incorporate it as part of ourselves, and eventually, if we are very competent, we gain acess to the totality of ourselves….what psychologists call “integrating” when they talk about multiple personalities.
&lt;br/&gt;	A mage of any true power or calibre is a person who has in fact integrated the ego with the shadow, and who is therefore conscious of the subconscious mind and its process. When this happens,
&lt;br/&gt;the mage ends up with a very powerful perspective about the nature of consciousness, as well as the subconscious mind and its psychology. There can be no better psychologist than one who has adapted themselves in this way.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	The way that this happens, or the process that must be gone through is for people to spend time socially attempting to move into 2nd attention while operating from the perspective of intentional levels of heightened intimacy, while also operating with the mutual understanding of the erasure of artificial boundaries as much as is possible. The artificial boundaries outside of us are after all the causation of the boundary of the ego/unconscious self within. Its just a mirror…. As above, so below, as within, so without. Once the outer artificial boundaries collapse, so will the inner.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	Movement;
&lt;br/&gt;The hard part of energy education is not describing all of these reality models to someone, but rather giving them the tools to develop their own sensitivity. I could render so much “energy education” obsolete if I could only wake a person up into second attention directly.   It is important to develop ones own sensitivity, and then to build reality models for oneself, depending apon what one experiences. 
&lt;br/&gt;	The easiest way to do this is through meditative movement.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;There are several things to do to prepare. First, get out away from everything into nature. Next, be sure that you can be comfortable in free movement. If you live somewhere where it is currently too cold to be outside without bundling up, forget it. It is better just to hang in your bedroom. 
&lt;br/&gt; You want to wear nonrestrictive clothing,  Preferably something sleeveless like a good vest. I have cut a sweater out so that it works like this for me. For pants, something loose and light. Naked is even better if you can be somewhere where that works for you. 
&lt;br/&gt;Now just sit for a while and get placid and calm. Then, stand up, and spin yourself around till you are really dizzy. When you are as dizzy as you can get, stop spinning. Close your eyes. Focus your attention on the midpoint between your eyes. Bend your legs slightly, and hold your arms up underneath you, with the wrists hovering directly above the elbows. Now let go and let flow. Allow the dizzyness to move your body. Release into it. Slow, very slow movements are best. Wiggle your fingers, it sends a lot of neural electricity through you that can be tweeked slightly by your subconscious. Its a very personal, very experiental thing. I can tell you that it works better the more clear headed you are and also the more inwardly focused you can be, without distraction. If it works, you will find your limbs moving about without you.
&lt;br/&gt;Directing them to do so.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;When I do this exercise for myself, people often ask me if I am doing Tai Chi. I have to confess to them that I am not. Even people fairly experienced with Tai Chi sometimes think I am doing Tai Chi. The thing is that meditative movement, however it is aproached, if done right, looks fluid and natural and beautiful in a way that ordinary movement does not. 
&lt;br/&gt;For those that this simple method simply does not work for, And the other methods in the methodology section, I advise taking a meditative movement course.
&lt;br/&gt;Tai Chi, Pao Dam Gung, Yogic Asana, and so many others are ritualized forms to help one experience energy through movement.
&lt;br/&gt;For those that this does work  for, you will need to spend a lot of time at first really focusing on doing it. Eventually you will not need to get dizzy, but instead, you will just go to that place within you where the waves within are. 
&lt;br/&gt;As you explore, you will notice that your hands have polarized sub Chakras in them, and that these poles tend to repel each other and attract each other into very specific orbits. The same will later be true for the feet. Explore the Hand Chakra sensations, because they will give you the experience to have the sensitivity to then experience your primary Chakras.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Energy And Voice
&lt;br/&gt;One can also learn to access the energetic universe and develop sensitivity to it through the use of voice. Most peoples voices are restrained and unhappy voices. Many people in our society do not sing at all. What we are going to ask you to do is to try several Voice exercises. Hopefully, you can bring them together into your practice, and also, this gives you a preview of the Social experience. 
&lt;br/&gt;We start of course with the Omm. Omming  is an ageold tried and true practice. Begin by exploreing deep, full breathes from both the stomach and the chest. Inhale and fill your lungs completely as rapidly as is possible. Exhale and emit a single tone. Maintain that single tone for as long as you possibly can. Make the tone as loud as you can without cracking your voice, or yelling. Keep doing this for an hour or so. Really push yourself to go long, loud, and deep. Explore the tonal range of your voice also. Try high notes and low notes, as low as you  can go, as high as you can go, and all the places in between. 
&lt;br/&gt;Skeptics will of course say that the oxygenation factor is what creates the altered state of consciousness, and I concur that it is a factor. At the same time, it is only part of the reason. The other part is that you are clearing fifth Chakra, and emitting from that energy center.
&lt;br/&gt;The next session, do the same thing, but do three tones per breathe. This slowly opens you to musical Omming. Many very beautiful classical pieces were composed in pulses of three.
&lt;br/&gt;Then, for the third time, go for five tones.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Dynamic Laughing
&lt;br/&gt;Lest we end up sounding like a bunch of severe monks and nuns,  It is good to experiment with Dynamic Laughter. Inhale, And laugh as loud as you can. My own Dynamic Laugh has been called “maniacal” “Impish” and even “Evil” and sounds like a halloween soundtrack or movie bit. Go for at least 15 minutes. Go once again for the longest duration and the loudest possible volume. This exercise has been known to really release negative energy well. I like to do it whenever I feel repressed, or made to conform against my will.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;	Primal Scream
&lt;br/&gt;I can’t claim credit for this one, it belongs to modern psychiatry. The Idea is that most people are too uptight to let go, and that emotions of pain and fear become trapped in the unconscious mind. To release them, one can simply  allow oneself to have the honest reaction that one was denied in the past. 
&lt;br/&gt;Primal Scream Therapy frequently consists of just trying to get the patient to do one good from the soul scream. If you can’t do better than that and need therapy to get you past it, you probably are a few years away from being able to be a mage.  I’m gonna say five solid minutes of screams that would wake the dead. Do this in your car, after explaining to your neighbors or family what you are up to. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt; 	Imp Chatter
&lt;br/&gt;Imp Chatter is simply nonsensical fast babbleing. It is a way of letting go also from langauge and still participating in the neural level of creating syllables. It is also lots of fun.
&lt;br/&gt;This is really most fun if you do it in large groups, or in small groups and use a little bit of mimicry. Once again, project your voice as loud as possible and keep going as long as your breathe will allow. Imp Chatter is an exercise in yang and testosterone.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;  	Faery Talk 
&lt;br/&gt;A variation on Imp Chatter. This is done in a near whisper, with soft, comforting tones, and as high pitch voice as possible.  A yin, feminine form.

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;The Science of Fun; 
&lt;br/&gt;What keeps us from fun:  repression, fear, inertia, and the assemblage matrix.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Contrary to whatever else you may believe, society in general doesn’t care if you are having a happy life, only that you are conforming to its expectations of you in terms of productivity and non-criminal behavior. As long as you put out and pay up and don’t break any rules, nobody cares what you are up to or whether or not you are happy.
&lt;br/&gt;This is mostly obvious if you think about it. Society isn’t there to be your playmate, its there to meet a minimum of your needs in order for you to participate in its game. If you get a good job, then you can live in a house, eat the food that comes from the supermarket, and have a good modern family life complete with television and other perks. In a materialist society, we are led to believe that all of our needs can be met by having material things. Not having enough fun? Go to the bar and have a few drinks. Loosen up some. Or buy a new pair of roller-blades, or a yacht, or a new car. Whatever it is, it isn’t really going to fulfill you because happiness isn’t about things, its not about having scaled the corporate ladder, its not about chocolate and strawberries and it can’t be found inside of bars or alcohol. Happiness, that all elusive end in and of itself is not truly accessible through the use of psychotropic substances, by going to big loud parties, or by joining some new clique or fad. 
&lt;br/&gt;Happiness is a state of being that comes from having ones higher needs met. Higher needs? Huh? What? What are those? You mean like more pot? No. You see, in a materialistic society, we are stuck in the idea that reality is a purely physical thing. But reality is not purely physical. We have needs beyond the physical that no amount of money can touch, no amount of things can fill. I hear the critics of Spirituality jumping the gun, and I have to tell them, this isn’t just about Spirituality. This is about the reality of emotions, social needs, mental needs, and yes, of course, Spiritual needs. Four levels of reality, four levels of human experience are ignored by corporate consumer mass media America. White picket fences and home baked apple pie put aside, there is more to being happy or having fun than having ones physical needs met. 
&lt;br/&gt;But Modern society thrives not by meeting those needs, but by denying them. Not by opening us to higher levels, but by closing us to them, to ourselves, to being fulfilled by anything other than more things. Schools do not open children to their own creative impulses, Rather, Schools program children to conform to societies expectations or suffer social consequences. In a society of toys, more things, more food, more money is the answer to more happiness. We don’t play with our children, we give them things to play with. We don’t want to hear about those other levels because we don’t have time for them. It is no longer even possible for  a mother to stay home with her children. In today’s modern society, both parents have to work just to afford the house to live in. 
&lt;br/&gt;So what happens to those other levels that are part of the human experience? They don’t go away. They try for a while as children to come out. They burst forward with yearning as a teenager, only to be finally squelched by the increasing demands of society. I tell you, there would be no teenage rebellion if there were no Repression.
&lt;br/&gt;What is repression? Repression is the denial of the needs of others. It is negligence of certain parts of others while at the same time, demanding operational performance from other parts of them. Repression is the art of making humans less than what they are. Of making the masses into easily manipulatable meat puppets. Because corporate consumer society has no use for emotions, for thinking, feeling souls incarnate in animal bodies. It has no use for spirit or soul. It only has need or use for a large labor pool. Physical reality.  Repression is the process of turning humans into robots. 
&lt;br/&gt;The tactic of repression is firstly and fore-mostly fear. What are you going to do when you grow up? How will you support a family? If you don’t conform to our expectations of you, society will find you worthless and unnecessary. You will end up without the support of society, you will not have the things that society has to offer you. The contract every child is given, and which I rejected. Why do this to ourselves? To our children? 
&lt;br/&gt;Fear moves on from there. We are made to be afraid on many levels of many things. Our paranoia is confirmed as a functional reality model as we are institutionally wounded. As we participate in many different levels of socialized violence, from sports, to patriotism, to watching television, we learn that the consequence for not conforming is violence. We end up living under a subtle threat. Conform, or you will not be allowed to have a place to live, no food will be available to you, your possessions will be taken away from you, and anything you can do about it will land you in jail.  
&lt;br/&gt; So there we are, 30 or 40 years later, frozen stiff inside of a box of conformity which we cannot hope to break free from. We can’t get out of our shells, out of our artificial selves. We loose sight of that original self which was creative and formless and playful. We forget how to have fun, in the haste of making ends meet.
&lt;br/&gt;That inertia from those first few formative years carries most people the rest of their lives. They believe that if they conform, happiness will be just around the corner. But they soon come to know that it never is, that they are trapped in unhappiness by their fear of what they would loose if they just quit playing the miserable game that takes up all of their time and energy. This is hell. The question is, how many people are self interested enough to realize it, and to commit themselves to breaking free from it?
&lt;br/&gt;Visualize now with me a different world, not the world as it is, but certainly a possible world. There is nothing fantastic about this world. But in this world, for whatever reason, we knew enough to stay tribal. We never made a break from tribal into hival society. With the onset of the industrial revolution, a few very influential individuals put out the reality model of how to save the tribe. The tribe was valued then as the fundamental unit of society, much as the family is valued now. To save it, every precaution was taken. In tribal society, children are cared for by all of the adults of the tribe equally. Education is personal and instead of being hypothetical, is hands on. Apprenticeship is still the way children learn. Of course, they apprentice to several different adults in the course of their education. Through apprenticeship, they have hands on experience in many fields. At the same time, their creativity and individuality are valued and fostered by the tribe, and each individual is explored as a unique person with a unique contribution to give to society. 
&lt;br/&gt;Several hundred individuals live in tribe houses, thus labor costs of living are cut drastically down. Three or four cooks prepare all of the food for the tribe in the tribal kitchen. A half dozen people do the cleaning in the house. Centralized heating is cut down, as is electrical needs in general. People live inside of whole functional communities. The standard of living is incidentally high. The tribe has its own gardens, so all the food it eats is grown by it on its standard size city block. They are of course all vegans, because eating meat would require maintaining much more land. Fully two dozen full time gardeners are thus employed by the tribe. The majority of the rest of the labor pool goes into the tribal product, whatever that is. Perhaps they make cars, or perhaps they make computers. Maybe they make phones. 
&lt;br/&gt;Already, we have a situation where we all live in gardens. Living in the Garden of Eden. Everyone’s dream.  Most of the shipping and merchant costs of society are tied up in food. Shipped and frozen foods end up with less functional nutrition than garden fresh foods. How possible is this? How real is it? Imagine a society that is built not of families, but of tribes. Imagine the City block you live on, erase all of the houses, and put in a five story tribal house in the middle and a permaculture garden all around it. See how more people would thus fit more comfortably on less space more productively. 
&lt;br/&gt;Now imagine that the tribe is sitting together, around the commons, in the large courtyard bordered on one side by the kitchen, on the other by the dining room, and on the other by the pools. In the middle of this space, there is the party, the place where we all come together to come together and have fun. There is no television here, no blaring stereo. There are drummers and dancers, fiddlers, singers, poets, musicians,  frolickers, all kinds of people here. And this is where they all live together. So they are very used to playing with each other, all the time. 
&lt;br/&gt;What kind of fun can you see?
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Socialization is necessary because we are spirits living in animal bodies. In order for us to be anything more than animals, we have to have rules and protocols, understandings with each other by which society functions. In order to maintain space together, we have to be able to communicate with each other, to see and respect each other’s boundaries. Our current society does very well. We are able to be complete strangers on buses and in elevators and to deal with that only because of our subtle social contracts about mutually understood behavior. It would not do to behave as if at a party when on an elevator. It would not do to behave as if on an elevator at a party. The latter is unfortunately a big problem however. We become stiff out of social necessity and never learn to let ourselves go.
&lt;br/&gt;The current up and running social paradigm only allows us to understand how to be strangers with each other comfortably. What it doesn’t do is help us to bridge that gap and experience intimacy.  “Fun” is the word we use to describe any activity that helps us to break free. But how did we arrive in the cage of the social paradigm in the first place? By observing certain unwritten, unstated rules about conduct. Following the reverse order, it would make sense to break free of those behavioral modalities, not by activities which sabotage those rule structures, but by consciously adopting a different social rule structure when the time becomes appropriate to do so. We are all walking around inside of this social protocol system which enables us to live together, but which keeps us from creatively experiencing ourselves. The only way to realistically get past this is not to intoxicate ourselves into mindlessness, (as the alcohol industry would have us believe,) but to mindfully employ our intelligence to discover a new way of relating with each other in a conscientious fashion. 
&lt;br/&gt;How again are we trying to relate to each other? We are trying to have fun. What is the first protocol of fun? Playing games. A game is any other new rule system that supersedes the old. The only word we have for social protocol behavior modes is “Game”. Games are played on many different levels with many different reasons. Invariably there is always a goal to a game. The “object (-ive)”  of the game. Have you ever played a game before with the objective specifically stated as breaking down the old protocol system for a time and temporarily replacing it completely? Does that sound like fun?
&lt;br/&gt;How about designing a game with several intentions in mind? Intentions like facilitating meeting our higher level needs? Intentions like increasing creativity? How about games for increasing intelligence?
&lt;br/&gt;Suppose we even try games that give one tools to deal with physical reality more effectively? Games of self-empowerment, other empowerment? Games that choose to reach into the hidden resources of the human psyche, of the human soul, and to see what gems might be found there, for all of us to benefit from?
&lt;br/&gt;How do we have fun? By escaping the social Paradigm, getting our higher needs met, and more specifically, by experiencing intimacy. Because the need level one-step higher then physical is social. 
&lt;br/&gt;By stepping out of our conditioning, by stepping away from the stiff cold bleakness, which is what society, demands of us most of the time. By filling our hearts with love for each other and giving that to each other in so many ways.  How do we have a good time? This book will try to show how to party hearty in the best of all possible ways, how to open the doorways of consciousness wide open, how to find our child within and awaken our inner divinity, our creativity. 
&lt;br/&gt;Our best tool in further defining the problem is behavioral science. The question; why do we do anything we do? The answers are often lost in the labyrinth of modern pop psychology. But those answers are there and we can explore them. We hope to come to see that fun and work are two sides of  a behavioral coin, and that work is what robots do and play is what humans do. If we can come to see that all we need to do in order to meet our own needs and the needs of others, of society, of the environment, is to pay close attention to our own instinctual drive for fun, we will realize that all we have to do is give up being slaves in order to set ourselves free. Free into a New World that will be a better one, a world that is the Garden of Eden, a world that is heaven on earth. Not accidentally, but consciously, because we engineered it to be that way. When we learn to behave with joy and from the center of play, from the center of our own happiness and creativity, we will have more to offer the world as people. When we do this, we will find that the world is our oyster, that all of the resources humanity needs is at this moment available to it, and that at this moment in human history we are uniquely empowered to create either heaven or hell on earth.
&lt;br/&gt;Lastly, a warning. If we do not break free of our cages, if we choose to play the game of the current social paradigm, we will only suffer morbidly in a hell we have chosen to create for ourselves. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;There will be those, no matter what changes come or how rapidly, will defiantly choose to live in hell rather than step outside of their cages into freedom and joy. How do we play with those still in their cages? We must honor their SOULS. It is only by direct pointing, by constantly being a reminder that divinity is something we must all of us find within, or never find without, that those people might have the opportunity to escape. In later chapters of the book I discuss Shadow-shifting and also Stalking, Which are the two methodologies for dealing with those situations.  &lt;/div&gt;
