My Boyfriend and I have a great homey house in Lower Gibsons right near local shops and a bus stop. We have two loving kittens and all furnishings and necessities (ie dishes). Rent is $400 not including utilities. There is 1 room upstairs and one in the basement being redone.
We're looking for a bright, friendly reliable individual, preferably vegetarian, but not totally necessary. We are young and hoping to have a youngish person as a roomie, but we're open minded 19-30 or so!
