Eating Healthy and Losing Weight

How many of us are dieting and eating healthier these days!
If you are, please come and join me in my effort to lose weight.
I am doing low carb with the south beach plan and was wondering which diet and eating healthy plan you are on.

What else are you doing to help you lose like in exercising, Walking, swimming, aerobic's or what!

Here are some things I am doing, I swim at least three times a week , I do the treadmill thing and I play tennis to when I can.
I try to drink at least 60 ozs. water a day.

I eat healthy with low carb and stay away from all breads, pasta's, sweets as much as possible, Everything is 100% whole wheat for me now and brown rice to instead of white rice. I have limited myself to one diet soda a day and I drink alot of green tea. I limit my coffee to the mornings only.
I go to my doctor regular for check ups and blood work to.
