To attempt to get the largest group of people I know involved in Supercon, I'm going to organize the event to occur in Seattle. That way our Portland friends can come up and our Vancouver friends can come down.
Would you like to Organize a Supercon in your city? Send me a message and we can coordinate. If you just want to express some interest in having a Supercon somewhere close to you, reply to this thread.

Re: Supercon 2007 in Seattle, and perhaps your home city?
Sun, January 7, 2007 - 12:47 PMPlease, sir, send me a brochure or information packet about your exciting offer and how we the consumer may participate.
Heavens no, I have absolutely zero interest in any sort of hosting. But the supercon idea sounds intriguing - tell me more. Is there more to it than getting dressed in tights and watching a movie marathon involving others who wear tights and whatnot?

Re: Supercon 2007 in Seattle, and perhaps your home city?
Mon, January 8, 2007 - 4:17 PMEhem... Los Angeles is already full of people with large pecs and boobs in spandex. Is Venice Beach not the perfect venue for such an event?

Re: Supercon 2007 in Seattle, and perhaps your home city?
Mon, January 8, 2007 - 4:41 PMI'd like to host a SUPERCON in Bellingham much mush sooner than Jooner. How does February or March sound? I know that doesn't give people much time to elastize their spandex but I figure the shittier the costumes look, the better. -
