Hi. I have had all my teeth pulled without anasthesia.
I always have wanted to have my teeth pulled and have dentures. But I have not found any dentist who would pull them for me. At last I found by "accident" a dentist who was also a fetishist and she understood me and was willing to do it. I had to sign a paper taking responsebility for the decision.
She started and took three molars at each session. It was quite hard but not as painfull as anticipated. The canines were hard as they had sooo long roots. The front teeth were pulled all in one session and that was not so bad an itchy pain when she started wiggling the teeth and the pain came more when she started to make rotational movements and a big sting when the nerved broke.
sShe took the upper front first and the lower front was easier as the teeth were smaller. Very strange to feel no teeth and only rough gums and starnge to see myself without teeth. I went about a week till I got the dentures and it was also strange feeling but now I love them and also the feeling of being toothless.

It was accidental, sort of. When I was a young teen I took a scalpel and battery acid to the inside of my cunt. Surprisingly the result was not accidental death or an ER visit but rather a tighter hole with more texture. It actually felt better for me once it healed. Second Mod:
I separated my inner labia from my "cock" using a scalpel. I got sent to the psych ward for this only to be released 10 hours later by a nice doc who was so surprised how much I knew what I was doing that she released me saying "good job but use lidocaine next time" before grimacing realizing that she was supposed to to have kept me there or at least not have encouraged me.

Third Mod:
I went to a good, skilled doc in Mexico for a double mastectomy. No scars... almost as good as never having them in the first place.

Fourth Mod:
I'm still working on this. I've started to remove most of my inner labia... I'm getting quite some sexual gratification from slicing and strangling them off bit by bit. Soon it'll just be a smooth hole (no beef curtains for me). After that I'll take the two bits of labia from the top near my "cock" (enchanced clit) and sew them together to make it look like I have a really small uncircumcised dick.
