• most partial subs are incomplete full subs;
• most of the drawbacks of a full sub and a partial sub are the same;
• obviously there is more risk of UTIs with a full sub than a partial, but not that much more;
• a condom may catch everything with a partial sub, but with a full sub it won't — this is rather selfish, in that if you're topping, you should be OK with a condom but your bottom won't be as safe;
• the widening effect only goes as far as the sub — one reason why some guys like partials because your dick ends up wider (and flatter) at the outer end;
• a full sub means you get wet balls when you pee;
• as the sub progresses you lose skin mobility — you shaft skin heals to the sub.
