GLANSECTOMY

I'm new here.. I have been Interested in removing my Glans. I would like anyone who might have an opinion or suggestions.

I am 47, had a Prince Albert that was cut out and formed a Meatomy. (bottom of my glans is split from tip to groove on bottom, frenium completely removed) Then pierced thru the top of glans and did a Reverse Prince Albert.

My penis is about 7" long when erect, Circumcised as an adult had ALL excess foreskin removed and sewn at the groove. When flaccid about 2-1/2" long with the glans completely exposed.

Want to cut the glans off right at the groove and want to have a flat ended penis (stump) shaft with scar tissue only over the end. My penis without the glans will be about 5-1/2" Long erect and little under 2" flaccid.

Any comments, suggestions or assistance with way to accomplish this will be appreciated.

Siliconing a skin grafted dick

Whilst experimenting with banding, I discovered that my penis shaft could take silicone, notwithstanding that it's grafted skin, veryt ough and very tight. Well I pushed in 65 ccs, making the whole shaft very nice and stiff, with some silicone forcing its way into my glans. However, the silicone filled skin is like a very wide cock ring or a very tight durex. My penis stays stiff even when I'm not hard, and my erection is quite uncomfortable because it has nowhere to expand, and so my glans and the skin just below it are under pressure. The feelings at the base of the shaft, if I wiggle my penis around when "soft" ie not erect, are very interesting, enough to make me painfully hard again.

anyone used Polymorph?

I recently discovered a plastic named Polymorph, and bought a tub. Its in te form of granuals like rice, you tip an amount into 60 degree C water and the granuals clump and melt together, while its warm you can mold it into any shape and as it cools, it becomes as tought with the same texture as nylon.
This would be ideal for molding perminant cock rings etc, as the only way to get them off would be either to cut them with a saw or dunk in 60 degree water which would be too hot to bare.

The thought came to mind wen i read the instructions warning not to mold around body parts as it hardens as it cools.
I'm however going to play about with the stuff, i have always wanted custom made plastic toys, now we can make our own!

Permanent PA

Having come to accept that however much I try, my body will not accept a PA ring larger than 10mm in thickness, I am sort of fascinated with the concept of making the ring permanent. Because I have a subincision below the PA hole, catheterization should not present too much difficulty. I have two choices
1) Closing up a 10mm ball closure chunk ring (20mm diameter ball fitting into concave ends of the ring, 39mm osd, 19mm isd) so that when I force the ball in, I can't get it out again, or
2) Gluing together with 2 part "metal repair" epoxy the two halves of my 10mm thick tribal dream ring, 35mm osd, 15mm isd.

Option 1 is really cool for sex with b/f, but not strangers as condoms don't fit well over it. It also shows in a lot of clothing and I can get "fallout" where the weight of the ring drags my penis out of jocks etc.
Option 2 is fine for sex and condoms, and doesn't show as much.

What views have you guys got?

Not necessarily a heavy mod, but I guess it depends how far you want to go with it. Next, I inserted a sterile gauze into the wound closed and the foreskin (wound glued otherwise). Then I closed the foreskin with a strip of adhesive plaster and pulled a condom, even if little blood (which was not the case).The next morning, I carefully opened the foreskin (the bleeding had stopped) and urinates after further disinfect the wound and inserted a new Mullröllchen closed the foreskin back. But so that I can open the plaster to urinate easily. After a week the wound has healed so well that I could masturbate again carefully. By the way, the pain is unbearable are limited slightly. After about 6 months after the wound had healed well, I repeated the whole thing on the bottom at 6 clock. You should watch at 6 clock there, I would not cut too much because it will urinate when the drip is coming and you can only urinate sitting down. At 12 clock you have to watch that you do not, it cuts into the erectile tissue bleeds otherwise very strong.The advantage is that you can easily insert plugs or sounds for electric masturbation into the sterile urethra. I think it looks very good. And I've reached a slot length of about 18mm.The problem is not the urethral opening, but a corner located on the gloss side at the height of the Frenulumansatzes. Since I am currently on stretching and have currently reached 12.5 mm in diameter. There, I would not cut because otherwise the meatotomy is too large, and goes into a subincision.If you have no problem urinating, you can cut through the slot at the approach of the frenulum. Then would be to introduce even larger objects.

This story starts three years ago. I own a factory with 620 employees. I didn't start it, but inherited from my grandfather. Our new church did a very good memorial service, which was open to employees and their families, but that was all. He had made sure of an easy succession to the business many years before, and I discovered from the accountants and lawyers, after his death that the bulk of our wealth was in a family trust, for which I was now the lead trustee, thus avoiding succession duties and taxes. Whilst he had been ill I had been running the business from my office, rather than move into his, but after the funeral I moved into his office and promoted my (female) assistant to be my deputy.
