worth the time

what makes us believe that people will change? we will have one disappointment after another, thinking "oh! this might be different. they will be the person we want them to be." instead they are the exact opposite of that. is it the fact that we think people will change over time and become more benevolent and fair, thus eliminating that disappointment or that fear of disappointment...or are we just ignoramuses?

We should all be careful not to confuse people not changing how we would like for people not changing at all.

It's easier to change yourself so you can live with someone then to change them so they are someone you can live with.

        And I don't recommend either.

lets all poke La La with a broom stick

Dont change yourself for someone. If you need or want to change do it for yourself.

i'd rather sideswipe them with nunchuks than knock em off a pedestal. but yeah thats where they sit. deal with it.

talking about no one in particular.
