Well duh. You're on the flier. Sorry, I feel like shit if you think I excluded or neglected you. If you feel that way, please accept my full public apology. Please also allow me to explain why this posting focused on James:

1- I'm still recovering from injuries and not 100% functional. Hell, I trip and almost fall or fall completely at least once a day. If I was more coherent it might have occurred to me to include you as well, as it was it didn't.
2- I only had 10 minutes after hearing the news that James was added to the DJ lineup to make a hurried post before running out the door to see a play. Given more time it might have occurred to me to include you.
3- Your being part of the night has been part of the promotion and publicity since day one, while James was added last minute. The point of the post was to make up for that lack of prior notice.
4- I highly doubt there will be room for partner dancing on the dance floor during your set as Julie's will be packed by then.
5- I thought based on my conversations and the publicity (which doesn't list you as a Swing Goth DJ at all) that you would be focussing more on the sort of faire you play at Strangelove rather than trying to spin partner dancing music. Based on everything I've heard you're there as a representative of Strangelove first, not Swing Goth (although I'm sure you'll play some funky tunes, it's something you do really well). If you feel differently, then please feel free to clarify.

The point was that given the early hour of James' set, we will have an empty dance floor, and that James will be solely music to be danced to with a partner. The point was also that given the late hour of James' inclusion I needed to get the word out or people would not even know they were missing it.

Finally, we're hoping that some of the people from the dance community that don't generally make it to our night will finally be able to see what we do.
