I applied to be a volunteer and haven't heard back yet. Does that mean that I didn't get a volunteer position? I was thinking someone would let me know either way... if anyone has any info on this, please share!!! I really want to go, but am not sure I can afford to now that ticket prices are at the highest level... any info would be totally appreciated!

Thu, September 10, 2009 - 3:41 PMi hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that means you're not a volunteer. my boyfriend and i are, and tuesday was the last day to get your ticket deposit in (to be returned after you follow thru with your assigned shifts)
i hate to step on toes by telling you something that i wasn't directly involved with, but it sucks to be sitting around wondering, so yeah.... -
