I've been a little lax in keeping up with some of the "old" strength exercises we used to do in Level 1 and Drills.
– I remember the ones I like, but those are often the ones I don't need as much.
Sahira, if you get a moment, could you maybe list out some of the strength exercises?
Like, plies, plie to releve, lunges, and so on? And the abs, and the back, and the arms/triceps? I want to be certain that I'm working everything, instead of just assuming or hoping that I am.
