<div>Over in the Tribal Bellydance group, they're debating the pay-to-play aspects of TF's new workshop requirements for performers. I'm sure the majority of the hobbyist dancers won't have an issue with this, but I'm concerned that some of the bigger troupes of professional dancers may not be able/willing to make that commitment.
