Has anyone seen the new belly dance show on FitTv? most of those shows really give you a workout and get you to sweat so i turned it on to ceck it out, thinking it would be something to help me get motivated since there are no classes near me and was greatly disappointed, its not a workout its a dance class, its done just like the Namaste Yoga where 3 gals perform the moves to a voice over.
Anyone else seen it, any input?

Mon, March 10, 2008 - 9:05 PMYes! I have seen Shimmy, and I really love it. It's on tuedays nights for an hour here in fl. It's a great because I too can not find any classes near me. I'm in Pinellas Park fl. There seems to be nothing belly dance here at all : ( -
