I have begun to delve into the world of Laban analysis.

When I first of of laban a loooong time ago, I though 'how neat' then somehow the person I asked about it made it sound like it was totally about the notation, and gave me the impression it was just drawings of stick figures so I lost interest. Now that I am looking into it again though it is even richer and more exciting than I originally thought.

Is anyone else here into Laban/Bartanieff? What has it yielded for you??? I would love to hear the scoop from anyone more knowledgable than me, esp. with a bellydance perspective...
