Higher Taste, a yoga studio and boutique, presents "The Temple Bhajan Band Concert Featuring Odissi Dance Performance" on June 20th at 6PM on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley.
ADMISSION: $6 advance tickets, or $10 at the door, no one turned away!

The Temple Bhajan Band is a Kirtan band based in LA. Well known among practitioners of Yoga and Interfaith followers, the band sings to the accompaniment of the harmonium and leads the rest of the members on instruments such as the esaraja, tamboura, kartals, flute, violin, and mrdunga drum in a dynamic symphony that is timeless.
Following the concert, is a Dance performance my Cinmoyi from the Jyoti Kala Mandir. She is a 9 year veteran who performs in the style of Odissi, an ancient dance form from Orissa, India.
There will be vegetarian delectables prepared by Higher Taste for your enjoyment.
We invite everyone to experience this extraordinary event, enjoy the sumptuous Vegetarian feast, and most importantly enjoy the natural dancing of the soul, Kirtan, with us.
