We need some more tartness around here. I'd like more pics that really press the issue of the censores. So tart it makes your eyes pucker !

        Well...I've got plenty of that. As of this moment the only tart worth mentioning is the fruit tart I ate earlier ;-)

            Well, there was the truly yummery crust, a hard chocolate over that, custard, and then fruit, but yes. There were oranges and mandarins on it. I imagine it could be bought with only oranges.
