I just posted a pic from my sitting last night. I should only have one or two sittings left, depending on if I wuss out doing the giant lotus. :-)

Last night he did the brocade pattern, the gold collar and underside of the robes, the hands & foot and the tiny little center of the small lotus.
Now I just have to survive the giant lotus. *Not* looking forward to that part. :-) The little medallions on the robes should be no big deal after the gigantic lotus. -

I wouldnt worry about your gigantic lotus. It wont be any different. I have a large tattoo that sits right about where the lotus is and apart from a jarring sensation on the spine it was fine.
I absolutely CANNOT wait to see the finished work!

Sun, June 15, 2008 - 8:02 AMSo, over a month later and I'm finally about to go back for the big-ass lotus!
My lower back breaks out after every session and we had to wait for it to *completely* heal. And of course, after the last session it freakin exploded. (you can see some of the spottiness in the last pic I posted)
Anyway, I have an appointment next Saturday....we'll do the giant lotus, and then I'll have another appointment for the veins in the lotus and the medallions in the robes.
Can't wait! -
