I like the idea of a ganesha - I've had them all around me since I was a baby... (moved to Sri Lanka when I was 3 months old)

I have issues with patchwork tattooing, that is, random tattoos all over the body that seem to have nothing or little to do with each other. I think that when at all possible, tattoos should be considered full body, that is, don't just look for a place to put it, look at how you can incorporate it into what you already have so that your artwork remains cohesive. That doesn't mean they have to be touching eachother, but just go together, you know?

It might be difficult to find some connection between a biohazard and Ganesha, but maybe your artist can find a creative way to incorporate the two. Maybe consider something that will link them? or there is the possiblity of covering up the old with the new? I could see Ganesha making a great upper back piece.

My artist actually tried to talk me into having a large Ganesha across the top of my back, as I have Saraswati on my left back and a peacock and swan on the right... not quite ready for a full back piece!
