Who's going? Any pre-activities? Bo Carper is opening a show at 7 pm at Mission Rock so I might do that before running over to the Indy. What'chall up too?

Wed, January 21, 2009 - 12:22 PMI so want to go to this show. I've never seen Perpetual Groove, but have really enjoyed what I have heard from them. But alas, I have to work both Thursday and Friday and have no car to travel. :(

TMT played from 9:15 till 10, and was evident that the crowd needed one more whirling tune to get their FULL fix. My low expectations for Pgroove were exceeded and they put on a great show w/ some rock, a handful of grooves, and a perpetual dance party once they had reached liftoff. -

I got my wrist band and made it really huge so everyone was backstage......made it a party and a half, P Groove was fun too, I liked their hip hop encore too! Tide had a HUGE crowd for their portion of the show too so that made it really special! -

I liked these guys a lot last night at the Independent (opening for PGroove)...
especially impressed by their fiddle player - the bastard love child of Charlie Daniels and Yo-Yo Ma (also played sax)...might have to catch them again w/ Izabella in Feb....or that Apple Jack's gig would be fun - love that bar. -
