I’m looking for a group around Santa Cruz that is going to Burning Man and is willing to open their camp to me and allow me to drive to it with them. I have never been to burning man before but always wanted to go. The problem is that my closest friends are computer hermits, married, or hate events like burning man so going with them is out of the question. Furthermore because I have not attended a burning man before I have absolutely no idea what to bring to it or how to prepare for it. I have not bought tickets yet because I have no idea if I will even be able to go however I have noticed that there are still plenty of them on ebay so I doubt that will be a problem.

If a group takes me in I can bring lots of booze and beer, enough to share with the entire group and perhaps some greenery if need be. I can even share driving duty there and back if they need me to.
