"the courage to heal" is a book, by ellen bass and laura davis, and has been profound for thousands of courageous people seeking healing from the complicated damage done by their experience of this heinous act of violence.
my intention is to follow the book and share, here, the process of healing together.
i promise to be diligent in keeping up with those who are here.
i will not allow lurkers.
please, Be prepared to participate. if you are in retreat and contemplation, that is just fine. this is hard work and is a very personal journey. i just ask that you communicate where you are in your process.
i ask that the word "should" not be used here.
i would like to communicate non violently and intend for that to be the prevalent form of communication in this tribe.
