Hi there...
Heralding from Humboldt... any ideas/thoughts regarding people selling/buying real estate with 'bonus rooms' established or not? Safety, how... etc.?

    I don't know bud.... I really would like to find a nice piece of dirt up here with out any building as I want to build myself and just aquire some nice property in either So Hum or Mendo area, really it doesn't matter to much I just want nice land to grow all my medicine and organic food and live off the grid as much as I can. Preferably near on or near a river..... any suggestions, I would very much appreciate any help.
