I have found that smoking marijuana helps with many things. As we've mentioned in an earlier post, its not for every one. Plus it helps every one in different ways. Here is my personal list of ailments that I have treated with the herb.......
menstral cramps
nausia
back injury (muscle relaxant/pain killer)
headaches and migrains (due to seasonal allergies)
insomnia
nerves or anxiety attacks (due to stress)
Whats your list, care to share??

Sun, December 11, 2005 - 7:59 PMI've found it useful for anxiety, insomnia & cramps.
I don't use it for nausia. For some reason I can't stand even the smell of it when I'm sick.

Tue, May 9, 2006 - 6:26 PMPTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) and agoraphobia.
I went from having panic attacks if I stepped outside of my trailer and requiring someone to shower with me (which isn't all bad)... to attending Burning Man *by myself* in less then a year.
Too bad that they don't aknowledge medical marijuana for mental disorders yet. My therapist candidly told me that she thought it was the mildest anti-anxiety medication she could think of.

Fri, May 12, 2006 - 6:32 PMUsually just to unwind.
I used to be really uptight, nervous and rule-bound but when i started smoking i found new clarity in my every day life (times when i'm not high). Problem solving seems to be easyer for the day or so after i've been baked!
It also helps me with the appriciation of music, sights of nature an smells, great stress reliever.
I ::: MUST ::: agree with the comment about curing sanity in this crazy world.
H.S.T was the reason i first started to blaze anyway!
