* You can discuss any other related material including your personal experiences and insights associated with that material.

* You can connect with other like-minded and like-feeling people who share a mutual journey of self discovery and empowerment.

* The teacher is also a student and the healer is also healed.

NOTE: Being challenged and activated is part and parcel of the healing process and it takes courage and "Heart" to end your denials and to expose your vulnerability to allow healing to take place. While there are no rules, any "intentional abuse" is not acceptable.

POSTING NOTE: As there are no search “tags” within a specific Tribe, please provide “tags” in your title when posting. Instead of calling the title of your post, “I have issues with my family,” pick out the “Keywords” in your post and make them the title, ie “Mother, guilt, shame, control and abandonment issues.” That way other people can differentiate that post from another one that could have a similar general title “I have issues with my family” but is really about “Husband, sex, denial, cheating.”
