Just a quick thought/question. I have found a couple of times that if I am tired, I dont mean exhausted I mean like if you've had a busy day at work, I am not able to control my hoop as well as when I am not tired.

Does anyone else find that?

    Hi Mimi!

As a matter of fact - YES! It happens to me too, especially if I ate within 2 hours or so before hooping. Usually, though, if my stomach is empty, I am able to push through the tiredness, which often is more mental than physical, and within 15 - 20 minutes my energy begins to climb...

    Happy hoopin' : )

Tiredness can make you loose co-ordination and make hooping harder. Especially things like jumps. Sometimes pushing on can get you through it and out into the energy zone again. Other times you just need to have a quiet evening. I find my body can tell the difference and give me the signals now I'm more used to it.

Yep. sometimes when I'm tired I just like a relaxing waist hoop session. No tricks because I get pretty uncoordinated when I'm tired and I might spill my coffee. Yes I have been known to hoop while sipping a cup of coffee.

Sometimes the hooping will wake me up after some time of slow and easy hooping and it gets better and sometimes I just stay tired.

        Yes.
I sold a hoop to a woman who hadn't hooped since childhood. she called me and said - " I couldn't hoop after I got home" - The reason was that 10 minutes was all she could handle on her first time.. as a 'born again' hooper.
I notice my planes are not flat if I am tired. I will mess up my jumps too if I am tired. If I am tired I cannot do my newest/challenging moves.
