And I wanna add my love, love, love here to the community in general and especially all who put their hearts and souls into Holding this Space for the retreat to happen. I typed this up over on Facebook but I'll put it here too.

The lessons and blessings are with me in equal measure today and the beauty of both is profound. I have gone from a position of having been in severe metal toxicity health struggle for months. I intermittently could not feel the earth energy in my legs and feet AT ALL, my cognition was impacted, & I have had worries about my bones. I've now come to a place of detoxification and renewal. I listened to my body the last day there and asked her if it was okay for me to jump around and she told me YEAH. So I got to get all tribal and let my head clear so all that was left to listen with and feel with was my heartcenter, directing the rest of me to my own healing process. So much love, for the beauty and the blessings and yeah, even the hard lessons. I truly feel my connection to this community deepened and expanded, exactly like the rings of a tree.
