    i love this vaughn. i have not figured them out yet, but you have such skill and speed when you do them. i am always amazed in class and at jams at the strength and precision with which you get these tosses going. you make them look so effortless, but when i've tried them myself, i've had more than a few mishaps and bruises. they are awesome...just like you!
